The customer service provided by Eventmate was abysmal. Unresponsive and dismissive of our concerns, the overall experience was both frustrating and disappointing. Entrusting them with another event is not something I would consider.
Eventmate demonstrated a disregard for our budget, consistently pushing unnecessary upsells. Their focus on profit over delivering a quality event left a negative impression. Cautioning others against working with them seems prudent.
